The essential of the electronic music on your smartphone or tablet : With Beat Bang, PointCulture presents hundreds of electronic music leading albums (80 for the free version), from 1988 to today, illustrated with musical excerpts of 30 seconds, artist profiles, articles, links ... Beat bang is the history of electronic music from techno to the industrial dance floor, classified according to a single criterion: the BPM. As its name suggests, Beat Bang is this magical moment in time, right in the heart of the musical texture, where an explosion occurred and continues to produce its effects. The beat bang is in you ! Starting from a constellation of several hundred albums (80 for the free version) where beats vary between 0 and 180 BPM, each creates its own path. Blowing up a random cluster of bubbles (a bubble corresponding to an album) and then another and so on... we met an artist, we return to his birth place, we discover a mythical place, we dissect his musical influences, we discover his culture, his socio-economic background ... Beat Bang renews the listening and the vision of electronic music of the past 25 years foiling conditional approaches such as genre and other labels ranking that stick to the mainstream music: Electronica, Trip Hop, Techno, Breakbeat, ...
